Responsibilities
- Manage daily interactions across channels and groups (comments, DMs, etc.)
- Determine themes and communication flow across digital platforms (live sessions, channels, groups)
- Maintain active and relevant engagement
- Monitor user sentiment and feedback
- Extract insights from conversations
- Plan and execute community activities, such as:
- Discussions
- Polls
- Light challenges
- Adjust topics based on user insights
- Increase participation and engagement during live sessions
