About the Position
East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of Legal Expert to support the processes of re-engineering and implementation of e-services within the digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Providing the legal expertise of the regulatory framework of public services in optimization and digital transformation.
- Providing advice on the ways to optimize service provision processes.
- Drafting legislation and changes to current legislative documents that regulate the provision of public services.
- Preparing analytical materials on the evaluation of risks and impacts related to the introduction of legislative changes.
- Communications with stakeholders in the process of legislation development.
- Participation in working groups, meetings, and seminars.
- Preparation of informational and analytical materials for events, reports, and presentations.
Requirements
- Higher education in law and related work experience of 5+ years. Knowledge of the public services sphere.
- Experience in legislation development will be an advantage.
- Experience in working with state authorities (clarification of requirements, holding presentations).
- Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsibility, proactiveness, ability to multitask, and punctuality.
