About the Position

East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the head of educational programs (methodologist) position for the CDTO Campus project. The position is part of the project “Effective public administration thanks to GovTech and transparency in Ukraine”, implemented by the federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Government.

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of educational programs following the strategic goals of the Campus project.
  • Management of a team of program curators and lecturers.
  • Determination of basic competencies and educational goals for students.
  • Creation of innovative educational materials and teaching methods.
  • Organization and tracking of educational processes and students’ success.
  • Development and improvement of training programs based on results.

Requirements

  • Higher education in the field of education or a related field.
  • Work experience in the management of educational programs – from 5 years.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to strategic planning and data analysis.
  • Fluency in English.

Reporting

  • Constant monthly reporting.
  • Preparation of a detailed report at the end of the validity period on completed tasks and providing recommendations on further actions.
