About the Position
East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of HR Assistant. The HR Assistant, under the supervision of the HR manager, will work together with the entire EEF team to support EEF’s employees’ potential and facilitate diverse and professional contribution of employees to joint goals of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Participation in the implementation of training programs for employees
- Participation and assistance in the development of motivational systems for the team
- Support and development of EEF’s corporate culture
- Participation in the development and analysis of job profiles if required
- Assistance in organizing and conducting annual employees’ evaluation
- Participation in organizing and conducting the entire cycle of selecting candidates for EEF’s vacancies (publishing vacancies, search on job websites, social media, and other professional sources, organizing interviews with candidates, forming the list for employee reserve, etc.)
- Participation in supporting an employee during the adaptation process (holding welcome meetings, help with adaptation, organizing probation period summary stage)
- Organizing internal questionnaires (with an approval or request of EEF’s management)
- Participation in the development of programs for team building
- Participation in and support of building the processes of cooperation and communication in the team
- Assistance in maintaining regulatory documentation on personnel management
- Assistance and participation in the preparation of online and offline materials (handbooks, courses) for EEF’s employees
- Preparation of letters and reports
- Keeping track of calendars, notes, and meeting minutes
- Work on other tasks and responsibilities of the manager if required
Requirements
- Higher education in the field of psychology or other relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Relevant skills for the tasks above
- Good communication skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team and work in line with professional standards
- Good command of the Ukrainian language, additionally English is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office instruments
