GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company and leader in digital engineering, is seeking a Complex Delivery Program Manager to lead high-stakes engagements in a hybrid environment. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in project and program management, particularly in managing mid-sized to large projects.

Responsibilities

Accountability: Single point of delivery accountability - scope, quality, risk, and customer relationship across the full lifecycle.
Customer Interface: Primary contact for executive-level stakeholders; owns the delivery narrative and relationship health.
Risk Authority: Authority to escalate, pause scope, and invoke remediation plans without delay; engages with executives directly.
Commercial Awareness: Understands contract structure and penalty exposure; actively manages margin and risk in delivery decisions.

Requirements

Commercial & Financial Acumen: Manage project Profit & Loss (P&L) according to the defined targets for total revenue, labor, and gross margin.
AI Governance: Champion the strategic adoption of AI-powered tools across the SDLC.
Planning Under Uncertainty: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks using probabilistic modeling.
Remote-Compatible Leadership: Builds trust and transparency with clients through digital body language and high-frequency, data-driven reporting.
Delivery Execution: Take full end-to-end ownership of project lifecycle and deliverables, ensuring they align with client strategic goals.
Stakeholder & Executive Influence: Act as an advisor to design and implement innovative management processes and support activities outside of current projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Total Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in the IT area.
Management Experience: At least 3–4 years of proven experience in project management positions.
Education: University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration in IT (preferred).
Methodology: Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience establishing tailored project processes.
Language: Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
