Compliance Analyst

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Compliance Analyst for our client, an international financial company, in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations in processes and projects, managing compliance in regulatory, licensing, and business areas, and evaluating compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Managing compliance with regulations in processes and projects and conducting related research and analysis;
• Managing compliance in regulatory, licensing, and business areas;
• Assessing compliance issues and escalating irregularities to management;
• Creating business requirements to meet client and business needs;
• Collaborating with clients and accepting tests and user documentation;
• Identifying problems;
• Collecting data and researching current market trends and competitive firms' activities;

Requirements

• Knowledge of the financial sector, particularly in payment systems, to assess payment system requirements and adapt technical and functional requirements to the software;
• Familiarity with technical aspects and knowledge of product processes and test cases;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance;
• Experience in the payment systems sector is a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, including documenting process mapping, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
