Compliance Officer - Flight Sims

About the Position

Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join the Sim Engineering Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career and gain experience in Europe’s leading airline.

Responsibilities

• Support initial and recurrent sim evaluations.
• Support MEP and other meetings as required.
• Administration and review of Compliance Manual.
• Conduct internal audits and support with audits conducted by aviation authorities.
• Detailed record keeping.
• Keep up to date with current and future simulator regulations.
• Deputize for the Compliance Manager, when required.
• Support the operations of the CAMO Department from time to time.

Requirements

• Relevant technical engineering degree or other relevant qualification.
• Experience reviewing audit findings and determining root cause.
• Simulator Engineering experience preferred but not required as training will be given.
• Ability to implement changes to practices and procedures.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Europe to support on site audits.
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join the Sim Engineering Team of Europe's largest airline group! This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years. Our ever-expanding network of simulators are in use over 20 hours per day to ensure that we can successfully carry out initial and recurrent training on over 8000 pilots per year.

The role will be based full time in our Malta Air Office. This is a really exciting time to join the Ryanair Simulator Organization as we look to expand our operation to 45+ Simulators across all our 6 locations - Stansted, East Midlands, Bergamo, Dublin, Madrid, and Krakow.
