About the Position

We are seeking a Consultant Customer Success Manager (w/m/d) for our Customer Success Team Tech & Durables in Vienna.

As a Consultant Customer Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, supporting effective project management and the continuous development of our clients. Additionally, you will act as the voice of the customer within the NielsenIQ world.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and contribute to high customer satisfaction. You will engage customers in alignment with contractual agreements and advise them on optimal service models and self-service approaches.
  • Actively network relevant stakeholders at your clients to foster high client engagement.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of our NielsenIQ product portfolio and technologies, and proactively position these with your clients.
  • Bring in-depth expertise in business topics, markets, and NielsenIQ products, acting as a competent contact person for relevant industry segments.
  • Understand your clients' challenges, identify questions, and develop suitable solutions together with relevant stakeholders.
  • Know your clients' business requirements and strategic goals, and conduct workshops to create value and identify business potentials and areas of action.
  • Create meaningful analyses and develop data-based answers to key client questions. From this, you will independently derive actionable recommendations.
  • Develop compelling, fact-based storylines and present relevant insights using various NielsenIQ/GfK solutions, such as point-of-sale data, consumer intelligence, and Predict, to support clients in making informed business decisions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (especially Account Management, Customer Success, and Business Units) to identify growth opportunities and plan targeted client activities.
  • Take responsibility for budget achievement and work closely with account managers to identify and realize revenue potential, for example, through recommendations based on analyses.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in handling data and analyses, with the ability to interpret complex relationships and convey them to the appropriate audience
  • Analytical mindset and interest in deriving relevant insights from data
  • Open mindset, strong team spirit, and a high degree of commitment and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a customer-oriented approach
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong interest in consumer electronics products and current market and industry trends

  • Competitive salary between €52,300 and €72,000 per year, based on relevant professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and internal compensation structures.
