About the Position
We are currently seeking a Consultant SAP CRM for our client, an international IT company creating its own projects in the finance and banking sectors. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Work on the entire SAP CRM system (development of existing solutions, maintenance, technical support for business, and project work within the implementation of new solutions as well as the search for new, innovative approaches)
- Tasks related to optimization, implementation, development of existing modules, maintenance, change management, incidents, business consultations, and cooperation with external suppliers
- Conducting business consultations, cooperation with Key Users, and gathering business requirements
- Additionally, the possibility of performing the role of a technical consultant (working on technical concepts, designing and implementing development work, creating interfaces, technical support, consulting within system integration, designing solutions based on business needs)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a SAP Consultant
- Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written) - work in an international environment
- Practical experience in working on the SAP CRM module
- Knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware, ABAP, BSP/WebUI, SAP UI5/Fiori, and experience with SAP CRM middleware layer and interface development is welcome
