Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduated from a top business school, engineering school, or university.
- Significant experience in change management in the banking sector.
- Ideally, you use generative and/or agentic AI daily in your missions and can turn new AI opportunities into measurable results. Additionally, you support the AI transformation of your clients in one or more of its dimensions: solution choice, organizational evolution, skills development.
- Mastery of agile methods and management tools.
- Demonstrates pedagogy, a sense of service, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and pedagogical skills.
- Enjoy working in a team and managing complex projects.
