About the Position

Consultant Senior en management et organisation – Secteur banque - Paris H/F

Join our dynamic team in Paris as a Senior Management and Organization Consultant, dedicated to the banking sector. Collaborate with a team of 40 consultants to drive impactful transformations for our clients in the banking and financial services industry.

Responsibilities

Conducting organizational and process diagnostics to identify performance levers and simplification opportunities
Defining evolution scenarios, up to the conception of the Target Operating Model and associated trajectories
Optimizing and harmonizing business processes (front, middle, and back-office), in line with regulatory, operational, and new customer usage requirements (digitalization of journeys, etc.)
Steering and securing the implementation of transformation plans
Supporting teams in change management and the appropriation of transformations

Requirements

Graduate from a top business school, engineering school, or university
At least 4 years of experience in a consulting firm
Solid knowledge of one or more banking professions and skills in project management, process modeling, change management, etc.
Ideally, you use generative and/or agentic AI daily in your missions and can turn new AI opportunities into measurable results. Additionally, you support the AI transformation of your clients in one or more of its dimensions: solution choice, organizational evolution, skills enhancement...
Demonstrate humility, curiosity, analytical and synthesis skills
