Consultant ServiceNow Confirmé H/F

About the Position

We are seeking a Confirmed ServiceNow Consultant to join our team and work on ServiceNow platforms for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions that meet business needs
• Configure and develop scripts on the ServiceNow platform in compliance with user stories from the backlog
• Write technical documentation according to team standards
• Perform integration testing of user stories
• Handle ServiceNow incidents transmitted by functional administrators (level 2 support)
• Prepare and ensure the different stages of production deployment

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments
• Mastery of the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Knowledge of CMDB, HR, ITBM, CSM modules
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow
• Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Ability to configure and set up ServiceNow modules at an advanced level
• Expertise in ServiceNow back-office administration
