We are looking for a Consultant – Successfactors Recruiting to join our team. This role involves leading and supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead / Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors Recruitment.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation, training sessions, and supporting materials for clients.
• Support project monitoring, including timelines, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the Recruitment module.

Requirements

• Experience (3-5 years) in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module (implementation, configuration, and support).
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition best practices, and reporting.
• Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to change.
