We are currently seeking a HCM Senior Consultant to join our team in Lisbon (Hybrid work). This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates currently living in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP HCM Payroll implementations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with local legislation.
• Support project monitoring, including timelines, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices in SAP HCM Payroll.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Resilience and persistence when dealing with challenges and changes.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Organization, attention to detail, and proactiveness.
