About the Position

Join Wavestone as a Senior Financial Services Consultant specializing in sustainability, driving digital and business transformation for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Design, plan, and manage digital and business transformation programs, working directly with clients (independently or supported by a Manager/Partner).
Foster the skill development of junior consultants by sharing your expertise and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
Be an active player in the commercial development of the firm: identifying opportunities, participating in pre-sales meetings (pitches, qualification, presentations), contributing to commercial proposals.
Provide your knowledge and expertise to contribute to the development of insights within one of the Financial Services practice's offerings and enable the firm to develop its Knowledge Management actions.
Get involved in other internal initiatives contributing to the development of your practice: role of Career Development Manager (proximity manager), recruitment activities, performance management of the practice, training facilitation, etc.

Requirements

Strong interest in the consulting profession and a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in business and/or IT transformation (prior experience in consulting or within a large group is highly valued).
In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following topics: ESG data, financial regulations, future banking, and environmental evolutions.
Demonstrate autonomy in conducting your missions and the ability to prioritize your actions in a multi-tasking context.
A true Team Player with strong leadership skills capable of uniting multidisciplinary teams. You will manage with exemplary behavior and grow your team by sharing your knowledge and skills.
Your intellectual curiosity allows you to quickly understand the specifics of our clients. You possess a sharp critical and analytical mind, excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing skills, and a pronounced sense of service and excellence.
You hold a BAC+5 degree (graduate school of engineering, business, or university) and speak fluent English.

Nice to Have

Actively contribute to the development of the practice by sharing your knowledge and vision (blogs, online magazines, social networks, client workshops, internal training, etc.).
Participate in the construction of the firm through our various internal projects (recruitment, school relations, international, innovation, well-being, etc.).
Contribute to identifying potential synergies within the Financial Services practice and with other practices of the firm.
