About the Position
Hi! We're HTD Health, a strategy and technology consultancy with global offices across the US, Poland, and Argentina. We are on a mission to create a more human-centric, accessible, and efficient healthcare system. We are currently seeking a Consulting Program Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Architect New Offerings: Work across the business to define and launch new consulting offerings, starting with our Software Engineering Automation CoE.
- Elevate the Client Experience: Audit the current client journey and design operational frameworks to ease the delivery burden on our consulting principals.
- "V1" Lead Delivery: As a new area spins up, help execute and test the first engagements in the market to gather client feedback and validate the model.
- Quality & Storytelling Mastery: Ensure all executive-facing outputs meet HTD’s high standards and resonate with senior healthcare stakeholders.
- Portfolio Stewardship & Insights: Maintain a live view of team capacity and leverage operational data to drive strategic decisions.
Requirements
- External Consulting SME Background: 5+ years of experience in an external professional services or consulting firm, with a track record of building, structuring, or launching new service lines.
- The “Builder” Mindset: A self-starter comfortable with open-ended engagements and the creation of operational frameworks.
- Healthcare & Tech Literacy: A strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and digital transformation.
- Storytelling Mastery: Ability to turn domain complexity into a polished, persuasive executive narrative.
- Operational Excellence: Experience in tracking portfolio health and optimizing professional services workflows.
