Delivery Manager (PL)

About the Position

Hi! We're HTD Health, a strategy and technology consultancy with global offices across the US, Poland, and Argentina. We are on a mission to create a more human-centric, accessible, and efficient healthcare system.

We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager (PL) to join our team in Łódź, PL. This role is full-time and offers a competitive salary of PLN 15,000 - 23,000 gross per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple complex, simultaneous IT projects from discovery to release and maintenance.
• Lead and inspire project/product teams to deliver exceptional results to clients by motivating them, removing obstacles, and ensuring access to necessary resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, fostering a client-focused service culture with the highest standards of quality, commitment, and efficiency.
• Actively contribute to organizational operations, growth, and development through cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure delivered services meet client needs and agreed outcomes while adhering to quality and governance standards.
• Develop team members through 1-on-1 coaching, feedback, and tailored development plans to meet individual and organizational goals.
• Represent the team in cross-functional meetings, demonstrating peer-to-peer and upward loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management and delivering complex projects in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong background in managing IT teams with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams and fostering their performance, motivation, and engagement.
• Expertise in people management, including conducting 1-on-1s, providing feedback, and supporting career development.
• A hands-on approach-someone who can delegate effectively but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into tasks when needed.
• Experience as a Product Owner (PO) is a plus, particularly in client-facing roles or working closely with stakeholders.
• A business- and product-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering value to clients while prioritizing team well-being.
• A proactive attitude with a sense of mission, eager to take ownership, influence team-building, and shape the organization.
• English fluency (C1+) in both spoken and written communication.

Recruitment Process

1. ENGLISH AUDIT: We will send you an invitation to perform an English language audit. We will send the finished report to you.
2. SCREENING CALL: We will invite you to a 1-hour screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.
3. GROWTH TEAM INTERVIEW: In this session, the candidate will take on the Delivery Manager role for a short Assessment Center task.
4. FINAL INTERVIEW: The final stage of the process is an interview with the Head of Delivery, the CEO, and a Board member, which takes about two hours.
