Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Configuring, parametrizing, administering, and evolving the Medallia platform according to business needs.
• Participating in Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VoC) projects, ensuring the correct capture, treatment, and analysis of customer information.
• Designing, implementing, and optimizing survey programs and feedback collection mechanisms through Medallia.
• Collaborating with business areas to understand functional objectives and translate them into solutions within the platform.
• Working with technical teams to ensure the correct integration of Medallia with other corporate systems.
• Analyzing customer experience data and creating reports, dashboards, and metrics to facilitate decision-making.
• Proposing continuous improvements in customer experience processes based on insights from the platform.
• Participating in resolving functional incidents and optimizing the performance of the solution.
• Ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of data managed in Medallia.
• Providing support and advice to business users on the use and capabilities of the tool.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the Medallia platform.
• Demonstrable experience in Customer Experience (CX), Voice of Customer (VoC), or survey program management projects.
• Knowledge of configuring, administering, and functional evolution of Medallia solutions.
• Experience in defining workflows, questionnaires, alerts, and dashboards within the platform.
• Ability to interact with multidisciplinary business and technology teams.
• Knowledge of integrating Medallia with corporate applications through APIs, connectors, or integration platforms.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization of customer experience information.
• Previous experience in insurance companies or the financial sector is valued.
• Knowledge of agile working methodologies.
• Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
