Job description
About Us
Hygge Software is a strategic engineering partner, not just staff for hire. For over 7 years, we've bridged the gap between business and technology, helping companies grow through custom software, AI development, SaaS products, and staff augmentation. Our team of 70+ engineers works with international clients across 17 countries, from ambitious startups to established players in Healthcare, FinTech, AI & LLM, DeepTech, and Enterprise SaaS. We're ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified - proof that quality and trust are built into everything we do, not just claimed on a website.
About the Role
We're looking for a Content Manager who can help us tell our story well - turning complex technical work into content that's clear, credible, and compelling. You'll shape how Hygge sounds across our website, blog, LinkedIn, and materials for clients and candidates alike. This role is for someone who can translate deep technical expertise into language that resonates with business audiences.
Why Us
- Work with a company building technology for international clients
- A team that values quality content over content for the sake of volume
- Real influence over how the company's brand sounds externally
- Friendly, open team culture with no unnecessary bureaucracy
Responsibilities
- Plan and create content for the website, blog, and LinkedIn
- Write articles, case studies, and insights on AI, software development, and IT consulting
- Turn complex technical information into clear, engaging content for different audiences (clients, candidates, partners)
- Maintain the content calendar and coordinate with marketing, sales, and the technical team to source material
- Optimize content for SEO and relevant search intent
- Contribute to marketing materials: presentations, case studies, email campaigns
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience as a content manager/copywriter in IT - required
- Strong written English (Upper-Intermediate+)
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, clear language
- Solid understanding of SEO and content planning
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable working with deadlines
We Offer
- Full-time or part-time - flexible, to be discussed individually
- Remote work
