Content Writer (Part-Time, AI-Native)

About the Position

We’re looking for a part-time Content Writer to help grow ORIL’s organic visibility, brand authority, and inbound pipeline through high-quality, conversion-oriented content.

ORIL is a software development company building custom digital products for clients in the PropTech and real estate industries. We’re looking for someone who combines strong writing skills with an AI-native mindset and understands how content supports real business growth.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, result-driven, and comfortable taking ownership - from content research and creation to optimization and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality B2B content for blogs, landing pages, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
• Use AI tools to improve research, content production, optimization, and repurposing workflows.
• Write SEO- and conversion-oriented content focused on PropTech and software development topics.
• Collaborate with marketing and domain experts to turn complex ideas into engaging content.
• Optimize content for both traditional search and AI-powered search experiences based on SEO specialist recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content writing or content marketing.
• Strong English writing and editing skills.
• AI-native mindset and hands-on experience using AI tools in content workflows.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI-driven search visibility.
• Ability to create clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content.
• Proactive, independent, and result-oriented approach.
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, software development, or PropTech content is a plus.
