About the Position

East Europe Foundation is announcing a contest for the position of junior specialist/assistant to the technical support team for the educational online platform Zrozumilo!

Main Tasks

Composition of educational courses, and their publication on the platform
Technical support for courses – production of materials, support for active phases, consultation with course teams
Providing operative statistical information
User technical support
Performance of managerial duties

Requirements

Familiarity with the entire Microsoft Office package
Experience with professional packages for work with PDF documents
Strong email communication skills, with basic elements of automatization (templates, rules, mail merge, etc.)
Basic knowledge of work with HTML + CSS
Basic skills in graphics work (cropping, scale, sizing, conversation)
Experience with CMS (creating and editing content, working from a user profile, etc.)
Basic understanding of principles of working with Youtube Studio
Grammatical proficiency
Psychoemotional stability

Nice to Have

Experience in the field of user technical support
