Contest for junior specialist position / assistant to the technical support team

About the Position

East Europe Foundation is announcing a contest for the position of junior specialist/assistant to the technical support team for the educational online platform Zrozumilo!

Main Tasks

• Composition of educational courses, and their publication on the platform
• Technical support for courses – production of materials, support for active phases, consultation with course teams
• Providing operative statistical information
• User technical support
• Performance of managerial duties

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the entire Microsoft Office package
• Experience with professional packages for work with PDF documents
• Strong email communication skills, with basic elements of automatization (templates, rules, mail merge, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of work with HTML + CSS
• Basic skills in graphics work (cropping, scale, sizing, conversation)
• Experience with CMS (creating and editing content, working from a user profile, etc.)
• Basic understanding of principles of working with Youtube Studio
• Grammatical proficiency
• Psychoemotional stability

Will Be Considered at an Advantage

• Experience in the field of user technical support
