About the Position

East Europe Foundation is announcing a contest for the position of Communications Manager for the implementation of the program led by the organization.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Application deadline: December 26, 2025

Work format: Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Communication strategy and positioning of the Center of Excellence:

    • Form and implement the communication strategy of the EdTech Center.
    • Set the tone of voice, key messages, explanatory formats.
  • Content and digital communications:

    • Create content for social networks: posts, short texts, visuals, stories.
    • Develop explanatory materials on the topics of: “What is EdTech?”, “What do we do?”, “Why is it important”.
    • Manage social networks, prepare content plans, update the center’s website/pages.
  • Partner communications:

    • Preparation of materials for international, private, and public partners.
    • Assure clear communication with communities, schools, universities, stakeholders.
    • Keep up reputational communications.
  • Events and presentations for the Center of Excellence:

    • Organize events, workshops, presentations, meetings with partners.
    • Create presentations, information packages, short briefs.
  • Analytics and reporting:

    • Monitoring of reach, engagement, effectiveness of communications.
    • Prepare monthly short updates for internal team and partners.

Requirements

  • Higher education in the fields of: communications, journalism, PR/marketing, social sciences, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in communications: digital communications, PR, content, public sector communications / education / innovation / technology.
  • Practical experience in managing social networks, creating content, and managing information campaigns.
  • Experience in organizing public events, presentations, working meetings.
  • Experience in cooperation with government, international, or educational partners.
  • Experience in development of turnkey communication materials: posts, press releases, short explanatory texts, presentations.
  • Experience with programs: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Canva or Figma at a basic/intermediate level, Social media tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn tools), CRM or Notion / Trello for structuring work, Mailing tools (Mailchimp, SendPulse).
  • High level of English proficiency – for interaction with international partners.
