About the Position
East Europe Foundation is announcing a contest for the position of Assistant to International Advocacy. This role is based in Kyiv, Ukraine, and offers a part-time opportunity with a hybrid work format (offline/online).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily realization of projects of the East Europe Foundation.
- Seek and analyze information for research, prepare analytical documents and certificates.
- Participate in the preparation of project plans and other work documents.
- Organize online and offline meetings.
- Keep up communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in the organization of public events and international visits, prepare drafts of programs coordinating preparational work.
Requirements
- Expertise in the field of international relations, international rights, international economics, or another equivalent field.
- Strong English language skills. Fluency in other international languages will be an advantage.
- Strong communicational skills (in English and Ukrainian languages).
- Knowledge of the principles of public policy, understanding of the specifics of cooperation with state and international stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work with information and to systematize it.
- Detail oriented, responsible, proactive.
- High level of self-organization.
- Desire to learn.
- Ability to multi-task.
