About the Position

Contract Analyst, German & English Speaker

emagine is a leading European consultancy delivering high-end IT and business services. We are currently seeking a Contract Analyst with a primary focus on our Germany and Netherlands markets, and potential involvement in our UK and Ireland markets as well. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and offers a hybrid or remote working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Creating, correcting, and sending contracts to clients and consultants across the DE and NL markets, potentially also across the UK and IE markets; Purchase Order hunting and signature chasing.
• Invoicing Data Management: Ensuring correct invoicing data in the system, adding and verifying invoicing data (PO number, cost center, etc.), adjusting fees and rates, calculating discounts, and making the right settings in our in-house system.
• Contract Templates: Creating, adjusting, and updating contract templates according to client framework agreements, including local market variations.
• Administrative Support: Assisting Account Managers and the Finance Department with administrative tasks.
• Data Synchronization: Synchronizing data across contracting-related databases to ensure system accuracy and correct issuance of contracts and invoices.
• Development and Optimization: Contributing to development and optimization projects that support emagine's continued growth.
• Sales Support: Supporting Sales in invoice-related matters.
• Standardized Procedures: Contributing to optimizing standardized procedures and instructions for smooth knowledge transfer within the team.
• Reporting: Supporting the Contract Director with reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience working with detail in written material, documents, and databases.
• Natural flair for people-facing service work and understanding the value of being a strong support function.
• Drive, initiative, and persistence, with a genuine result-oriented approach.
• Strong sense of discipline and structure in how you work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Sharp eye for detail without losing sight of the overview.
• Professional communication skills in English (essential), with German language skills being a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional languages.
• Experience in a similar role within the IT or consulting industry.
