Employment Type
Full time
Location Type

About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to lead recruitment delivery for a portfolio of client accounts from our India delivery centre. You will lead a team of team leads and recruiters, partner with Sales and client hiring managers, and own the full hiring cycle from requirement to joining.
This is a delivery leadership role, not a desk-recruiting role. You will be measured on outcomes: how quickly strong candidates reach the client, how many are selected, and how many join. You will also act as a trusted advisor to Sales and clients, using market insight and data to shape realistic requirements, rates and timelines.
Responsibilities
Delivery Ownership
- Own monthly and quarterly hiring targets (selections and joiners) for the accounts in scope.
- Prioritize open requirements each week, and decide which to push, escalate or pause.
- Ensure quality profiles reach the client quickly, especially on priority roles.
- Track every requirement from intake to joining, and step in early when a role stalls, a candidate disengages or an offer is at risk.
Stakeholder Management
- Lead intake and calibration discussions so every role has a clear brief, a realistic budget and an agreed interview process before sourcing starts.
- Agree feedback timelines with Sales and clients, and follow up with data when they slip.
- Advise Sales on which requirements are likely to close and where the team should focus.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach and manage team leads and recruiters against clear weekly productivity goals.
- Run regular performance reviews, identify gaps early and put development plans in place.
- Hire, onboard and ramp up new recruiters, and develop future team leads.
Process and Data
- Ensure the team follows the agreed recruitment process, with accurate and complete data in the applicant tracking system.
- Use dashboards and reports to find bottlenecks across the hiring funnel (submission → interview → selection → joining) and fix them.
- Keep offer and post-selection drop-outs low, and lead root-cause reviews when they rise.
Quality and Candidate Experience
- Raise screening quality so clients see fewer, better-matched profiles.
- Ensure every candidate receives timely updates and a clear outcome.
Sourcing Channels
- Work closely with the central sourcing team on role allocation, handovers and turnaround time.
- Make effective use of job boards, referrals, vendor partners and internal talent pools.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly account and team performance reviews for leadership, with clear commentary on trends and actions.
Requirements
Must Have
- 8–12 years in recruitment, with at least 3 years leading recruiters or team leads against delivery targets.
- A strong background in IT recruitment or staffing (contract, permanent or managed services), ideally for international clients.
- A proven record of meeting hiring targets, which you can back with your own numbers.
- Confidence with senior stakeholders: you run intake calls, challenge with evidence and handle escalations calmly.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnel metrics, Excel and BI dashboards.
- A coaching leadership style that balances accountability with development.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Global Capability Centres (GCC), offshore or captive delivery models.
- Experience working with European clients and across time zones.
- Experience integrating teams after a merger or acquisition.
- Experience managing recruitment vendors.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM tools.
We Offer
- A visible leadership role in a growing India delivery centre serving international clients.
- Ownership of client accounts and a team, with the scope to shape how delivery runs.
- Quarterly performance incentive linked to hiring outcomes.
- A central sourcing team, shared dashboards and a well-defined recruitment process to support you.
- Clear growth path into wider account or regional leadership.
