The key person who will become the "central brain" of our warehouse and ensure that no order stops with us.

What will be your mission?

Your main task will be to ensure the optimal flow of materials and data across automated and manual processes. You will coordinate resources, systems, and teams to ensure our operations run smoothly and with maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Real-time Monitoring: Analyze material flow and order data, identify problem areas, and initiate corrective actions immediately.
• System Support: Coordinate the setup of automation interfaces (WMS, WCS) to ensure data exchange and goods flow are always in sync.
• Operational Support: Become the right hand of shift leaders and operations managers in shift planning and efficient workload distribution.
• Technical Challenge Resolution: Work closely with maintenance and IT to troubleshoot and prevent automation failures.
• Limitless Optimization: Have the space for your own initiative in fine-tuning our warehouse. Based on in-depth analysis and Lean/Kaizen methodologies, propose smart improvements that will realistically increase our productivity.
• KPI Management: Manage flow dashboards to provide all stakeholders with a clear overview of warehouse performance.
• Team Management and Development: Directly lead a small team of supervisors, motivate them, pass on your expertise, and actively support their professional growth.

Requirements

• Logistics Understanding: Experience with warehouse processes and familiarity with automation systems (WMS/WCS/ERP).
• Data Proficiency: Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools are your friends.
• Natural Coordinator: Excellent organizational and communication skills to connect teams across the entire warehouse.
• Resilient: You are stress-resistant and can quickly adapt to the dynamic environment of fulfillment.
• Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles is a big plus.
• English Proficiency: As we work in an international environment with advanced systems, knowledge of English is essential.
