Responsibilities

• Coordinate, operate, and administer TPM applicable to civil maintenance.
• Coordinate and manage the installation and operation of Civil Maintenance Activities, as well as the monitoring of the applicable TPM, attention, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and manage machinery movement according to new site requirements.
• Coordinate and manage civil projects, remodelations, new constructions, and civil improvements.
• Implement saving projects related to infrastructure works.
• Coordinate and improve utilities in the plant.
• Lead the infrastructure team to achieve results ensuring quality, on time, and cost improvement.
• Inform workers of the importance of reporting incidents, hazards, risks, and opportunities, as well as of reprisals if they fail to do so.
• Comply with the operational control of the work area.
• Know and carry out the protocol in case of emergencies.
• Promote Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection according to ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 and Applicable Standards.

Requirements

• Civil and mechanical engineering with experience in Real Estate projects.
• Local rules for civil processes in San Luis Potosí.
• High level of ability for self-management, agility, flexibility, and keen on motivating others.
• High experience in project management and civil engineering.
• +5 years of experience in a similar role, leading strategies, and being in charge of people.
• Fluently spoken and written English (B2 to C1).
