Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules across core balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives that strengthen reporting quality, efficiency, scalability, and controls.
• Identify and implement opportunities to use automation, technology, and AI-enabled solutions within management reporting processes.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members and serve as a trusted resource across the broader finance organization.
• Assist with ongoing audits and liaise with external auditors.

Requirements

• AI Experience: Direct experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents.
• Big 4 Foundation: 7+ years of experience, preferably in software.
• GAAP Knowledge: Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate across teams, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred.
