As a Corporate Finance Associate (m/w/d) CFO Office at the CHECK24 Strategy Hub GmbH, you will directly support our CFO with activities related to Corporate Finance, Business Intelligence, Controlling, Treasury, M&A, and Venture Investments.

Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Analyses: You analyze and evaluate the performance of our products in close coordination with the CFO and other CHECK24 executives. For this, you develop suitable analysis and reporting tools that make relevant information quickly and structured available.
• "AI-first" Technology-Driven Process Optimization: Together with our specially founded Finance IT team, you support the setup and further development of our internally developed software landscape. You design digital processes that enable efficient and scalable workflows.
• Corporate Finance: You expand our relationships with banks and trading partners, enabling continuous scaling of our business models.
• Responsibility & Implementation: You independently identify group-wide optimization potentials and drive their implementation on your own responsibility. We offer you attractive development opportunities in our state-of-the-art environment, allowing you to quickly learn and implement changes as we often focus on "Make" instead of "Buy" to deliver the best results to our customers.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in an ambitious environment, e.g., at an investment bank, management consultancy, buy-side, or in a start-up.
• Work Approach: You work analytically, pragmatically, and precisely. You combine initiative with a strong solution orientation and high quality standards ("Excellence in Execution").
• Passion for Your Topics: You are curious, enthusiastic about technology, interested in new applications of AI, and enjoy analytical tasks in the finance context.
• Communication and Languages: You communicate clearly, convincingly, and appropriately for the audience and have proficient German and English skills at least at C1 level.
