About the Position
Розташування: Remote (CIS region)
Due to the expansion of a large iGaming holding into new markets, we are looking for a dynamic Country Head CIS (iGaming) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive market, competitor and audience need analysis
- Develop and localize product growth strategy tailored to regional specifics
- Oversee key funnel metrics: from ad click through to the first bet
- Adapt product and campaign tactics to local market conditions
- Analyze local payment methods and monitor payment onboarding funnels
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience managing CIS-region markets in iGaming (as COO/CMO/CEO or startup lead)
- Deep regional knowledge, familiarity with industry metrics and analytical methodologies
- Fluency in Russian/Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong leadership skills, KPI-driven and analytics-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to work independently and lead teams
