C++/QT Software Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a C++/QT Software Engineer to join our team at TMC in Turin, Italy. You will be involved in the design, development, and testing of software solutions, from requirements to delivery in the live environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements.
• Contribute to the definition of software solutions and technology choices.
• Draft technical documentation to support the proposed solutions.
• Estimate the effort required for development and maintenance activities.
• Support the planning and organization of project activities.
• Actively participate in the implementation of solutions.
• Verify and validate deliverables, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
• Collaborate on testing and troubleshooting phases of any issues.

Requirements

• M. Sc in Computer Science or equivalent education.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing complex software solutions.
• Proven experience with C++ and Qt.
• Proven experience with embedded systems.
• Proven experience in developing on a Linux environment.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

We Offer

• Permanent employment contract.
• Base gross annual salary of no less than €33,000.
• Competitive compensation package including project profit-sharing, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
