About the Position

Creative Account Manager

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact for packaging design and artwork, prepress & print management.
• Manage creative briefs, timelines, budgets, and project scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Creative, Artwork, QA, Regulatory, and Production & Print supply network.
• Support the development of branding, packaging concepts, submission mock-ups, adaptive artwork, and prepress.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with regulatory, compliance, SLA, and brand requirements.
• Manage approval workflows, stakeholder feedback, and change control processes.
• Monitor project profitability, resource utilization, and billing milestones.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and additional services.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, printers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Liaise directly with suppliers and printers to ensure smooth processes and acknowledge their feedback.
• Strive for a right-first-time approach and deliver consistency across outputs.
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the Management Team as required.
• Support colleagues on other projects and work as a team within the studio to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Degree in business, creative, or related field, or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within packaging design, artwork, branding within healthcare/life sciences agencies.
• Strong understanding of artwork production, print processes, and approval workflows.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness with strong organizational skills.
• Confident, tactful, and persuasive manner with a positive approach to interacting with clients, stakeholders, management, and colleagues.
• Experience working within regulated industries is an advantage.
• Presentation and negotiation skills and experience are an advantage.
• Ability to coach/mentor Account Executives.
• Good business sense and ability to manage budgets.
• Willingness to work additional hours where required to meet deadlines.

We Offer

• Competitive salary between $90,000 to $120,000 upon hire, varying based on experience, skills, certifications, education, etc.
• Hybrid work model with preference for 2-3 days onsite.
• Opportunity to travel to client sites at least once per week, with domestic and international travel required approximately 1-2 times per year.
