Marketing Creative Designer

About the Position

We are looking for a Marketing Creative Designer to join Headway Inc, a global tech company revolutionizing lifelong learning by creating digital products for over 150 million users worldwide. Responsibilities

• Create ad creatives for Nibble and analyze their performance.
• Work with localizations and cultural contexts of different markets.
• Brainstorm ideas with the team and collaborate with creative marketers, freelancers, and native translators.
• Continuously research competitors and trends.
• Generate and champion your own ideas, which could become new features or courses in the app.
• Share your expertise across the team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Deep understanding of composition, color, and typography.
• Knowledge of graphic styles and current design trends.
• Ability to perform competitor analysis in the Ads Library.
