About the Position

Creative Direction Manager - Droga5 Sydney

Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is one of the world's most awarded creative agencies, known for creating culturally impactful ideas that drive growth for brands and businesses. We're looking for a Creative Direction Manager to join our Sydney team and help create integrated campaigns that span brand, social, digital, and retail experiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of integrated creative campaigns across brand, social, digital, and retail channels.
• Partner with strategy, account management, and production teams to develop compelling creative solutions.
• Support creative leadership in developing campaign concepts from brief through to delivery.
• Present creative thinking and campaign ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, content creators, and production partners to execute high-quality work.
• Ensure creative output aligns with both strategic objectives and brand requirements.
• Contribute to creative workshops, brainstorming sessions, and campaign development.
• Stay across emerging trends, platforms, and cultural moments to inspire new thinking.
• Help mentor and support junior creatives while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Champion creative excellence and attention to detail across all projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience within a creative, advertising, or integrated agency environment.
• Experience developing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and brand communications.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and strategic thinking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Passion for culture, creativity, and innovation.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to continue growing as a creative leader.
