About the Position

We are currently looking for a Creative Landscape Architect!

Your role in the team:

Development of landscape projects (concept, sketches, details);
Selection of plants according to climatic conditions and project style;
Development of master plans for landscaping, 3D visualisations, drawings;
Consultation of customers on the choice of plants, care and development of the landscape;
Author's supervision, including: checking the planting material supplied to the site with a site visit, arranging plants according to the working documentation, supporting planting work, adjusting geoplastics, selecting stones and arranging them directly on site.
Site visits at the pre-project stage to analyse existing plantings on the territory.
Analysing landscape trends, the latest technologies, and making recommendations for project improvements;

Requirements

A sincere desire to develop the urban environment.
3+ years of experience with urban environment, landscaping of large residential and public complexes, schools, kindergartens, etc. is desirable;
Knowledge of the regulatory framework (required);
Knowledge of planting technologies and biological characteristics of planting material;
Knowledge of ArchiCad (required), Lumion (desirable);
Knowledge of the regulatory framework (mandatory);
