About the Position

We are currently looking for a Head of HVAC team. If you're here, it means you, just like us, are eager to envision the future, establish trends, and ultimately change reality. Let's get to know each other!

Your Role in the Team

  • Managing a group of engineers;
  • Modelling of internal heating and ventilation networks in Revit;
  • Development of project documentation for heating, ventilation (HV) and air conditioning systems in accordance with applicable regulations and standards;
  • Calculation of heat and cold losses, heat gain and air exchange;
  • Selection of the necessary equipment, preparation of specifications;
  • Coordination of design solutions with architects and engineers;
  • Participation in the approval of project documentation;
  • Processing and analysis of technical specifications of related departments.

Requirements

  • Higher specialised education (in the speciality);
  • Work experience in designing of building environmental systems;
  • Knowledge of State building regulations framework;
  • Knowledge of AutoCad is a must (knowledge of Revit will be an advantage);
  • Negotiation and teamwork skills;
  • High-level leadership skills, excellent management skills, teamwork skills, high level of responsibility in decision-making, stress resistance;
  • Knowledge of current standards in the field of engineering in Ukraine and worldwide.
