CRM Content Manager (email, push, SMS)

King Group is a modern company with an innovative approach to brand promotion. We operate in the iGaming sector and have three successful Ukrainian online casino brands, as well as our own affiliate networks. We manage numerous projects in the Ukrainian market and invest in venture startups, promising ideas, and people.

We are looking for a CRM Content Manager who will be responsible for the quality, logic, and correctness of content in CRM communications: email, push, SMS, and in-app. This role is ideal for someone who loves order, structure, and attention to detail, but also wants to develop in the direction of CRM and retention.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, setup, and launch of CRM communications (email, push, SMS).
• Working with ready templates and content: adaptation, localization, checking logic and correctness.
• Setting up content in the CRM system: chains, triggers, timings, segments.
• Quality control of CRM campaigns before launch (texts, links, personalization).
• Participation in the preparation of content for: welcome / onboarding; engagement; winback; informational mailings.
• Collaboration with CRM, marketing, design, and content teams.
• Participation in A/B tests (replacing themes, CTA, message structure).
• Monitoring basic metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Delivery) and making improvements.

Requirements

• Experience working with email / push / SMS or in the role of a content manager for at least 1 year.
• Attention to detail and responsibility for the result.
• Understanding that CRM content is part of the user scenario, not separate messages.
• Basic segmentation logic (who, when, and why we send messages).
• Willingness to work with routine tasks and a large volume of campaigns.
• Desire to develop in the direction of CRM / retention.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM / ESP platforms.
• Copywriting skills.
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and analytics.
