CRM Functional Consultant

About the Position

We are looking for a CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a functional consultant for business operations (Academy, Support, Marketing, Operations, and Sales) for 3Shape North America. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong technical and analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, experience with CRM configuration, and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional consultant for business operations.
• Establish effective collaboration with system owners and development teams.
• Improve system adoption and utilization support across functions.
• Create, manage, and optimize CRM platform usage.
• Improve and generate interdepartmental workflows.
• Develop and maintain solid documentation.

Requirements

Professional

• Proven work experience as CRM Functional Consultant or similar roles for at least 2 years.
• 2+ years of CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration experience.
• Proven ability to administer and configure CRM systems.
• Familiarity with automating business processes, report and dashboard creation, and data analysis.
• Experience working directly with commercial, financial, operational, and data teams.
• Strong understanding of CRM solutions and automation best practices and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
