About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Integrator who can:

• Understand client processes,
• Translate them into clear requirements,
• Configure CRM and integrations,
• Ensure the implementation is launched and train the client's team to work in the system.

This is an "analyst + integrator" role: from gathering requirements to a working CRM in production.

Your Mission

Ensure CRM and integration implementation without chaos: quality-collected requirements, correct implementation, controlled launch, transparent handover to support.

Responsibilities

1) Business Analysis

• Conduct client interviews, clarify goals and limitations.
• Describe AS-IS / TO-BE processes.
• Formulate and agree on the scope of work.
• Document requirements (Specification / User Stories).

2) CRM Configuration

• Configure CRM structure: entities, fields, funnels, statuses, access rights.
• Build automations and business processes.
• Perform data import/migration and verify correctness.

3) Integrations

• Connect integrations with other systems (website, telephony, messengers, accounting/ERP, other services) through no-code/low-code and/or API.
• Design data exchange logic, describe integration requirements.
• Assign tasks to developers (when custom development is needed), accept the result, and test.

4) Launch and Training

• Prepare the system for launch: testing, checklists, acceptance.
• Conduct user training and prepare brief instructions.
• Support after launch within agreed changes.

5) Pre-sale (if needed)

• Participate in initial calls.
• Assess the scope of work, risks, limitations, and provide the technical framework of the solution.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Experience of 2+ years in CRM/automation implementation (integrator / BA / implementation consultant / solution specialist).
• Ability to gather requirements and model processes (AS-IS/TO-BE).
• Confident CRM configuration: funnels, rights, fields, automations, migration.
• Understanding of quality: testing, acceptance, compliance control.
• Strong communication: explains complex things in simple words, maintains boundaries and scope.

Nice to Have

• Experience with popular CRMs (Creatio, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or others).
• Practice of integrations through Make / Zapier / n8n, webhooks, REST API.
• Experience with integrations with telephony/call tracking, chatbots, e-mail/SMS services, accounting/ERP.
• Basic SQL or good understanding of data structure.
• Experience working as a PM on stages (plan, deadlines, interaction with development).
