CRM Lead

About the Position

Moon Active, one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, is headquartered in Tel Aviv and is seeking a hands-on CRM Lead to own retention strategy and campaign execution across our game portfolio. In this role, you’ll plan push and email journeys, partner with Social for true 360° campaigns, and leverage AI tools to automate operations and drive continuous growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the CRM strategy, ensuring every campaign directly drives player engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel push and email funnels across the entire player lifecycle.
• Partner closely with Social, Monetization, and Product teams to drive 360° cross-channel campaigns, delivering an integrated player experience with clear performance lift.
• Build dashboards and performance reports that transform raw campaign data into actionable strategic insights.
• Lead continuous A/B testing on messaging, timing, and segmentation, turning top performing experiments into scalable, repeatable playbooks.
• Leverage modern AI tools to automate campaign briefs, copy/art variations, QA, and reporting, shifting time from operational execution to strategy.
• Take full ownership of key performance metrics, consistently lifting engagement and retention above benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, OneSignal, or similar).
• Practical experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, such as copywriting, report generation, or briefing automation.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with complex datasets and turn numbers into strategic decisions.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with demonstrated experience owning projects end to end.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in Gaming or B2C mobile apps - Advantage
