CRM Manager

We are looking for an expert CRM Manager to join our creative Social Media Marketing team, who will take on the management of communication strategies with an international audience through channels beyond the usual.

Responsibilities

• Working with SMM bots (Telegram, Discord, etc.) through the CRM system.
• Setting up target communication chains with users.
• Analyzing the user base to form relevant offers.
• Conducting A/B testing of business hypotheses on the product, initial evaluation of results, and making decisions based on them.
• Formulating requirements for related departments for the implementation of CRM campaigns.
• Optimizing the product to increase user profitability.
• Regularly analyzing competitors to assess the relevance of offers.
• Creating new funnels, communication scenarios, and gamification mechanics.
• Continuously improving bots based on analytics, feedback, and strategy.

Requirements

• Experience as a CRM/Email Marketing manager for at least 2 years.
• Understanding of the principles of building digital funnels and gamification.
• Practical experience in conducting A/B testing.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with data.
• Experience with chat bots is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Telegram and Discord bots.
• Experience in creating communication scenarios and automated funnels.
