CRM/ERP Developer

We are seeking a CRM/ERP Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our innovative bank in Dnipro, Ukraine, for remote work.

Responsibilities

• System Logic Configuration: Designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows, business rules, and automations in Ivanti Neurons ITSM.
• Dashboard and Report Creation: Developing and maintaining functional dashboards and analytical reports for process monitoring and decision-making.
• JavaScript Scripting: Writing and maintaining JavaScript scripts to extend system functionality and automate tasks.
• Integration Support: Participating in the technical implementation and support of Ivanti Neurons ITSM integrations with other corporate systems (experience is a plus).
• Incident and Problem Resolution: Addressing incidents and issues related to the functioning of Ivanti Neurons ITSM.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience with corporate systems, including ITSM/ERP/CRM or similar systems, with a focus on workflow and logic setup.
• Scripting Skills: Practical experience in writing scripts (JavaScript) for automation and system functionality enhancement.
• Dashboard and Report Creation: Experience in creating dashboards and analytical reports in corporate systems.

Nice to Have

• Ivanti Neurons ITSM Experience: Prior experience with Ivanti Neurons ITSM.
• ITSM Process Understanding: Knowledge of key IT service management processes (ITIL is a plus).
