DevOps Engineer/Cloud Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer/Cloud Engineer to manage AWS Secrets Manager and support development teams in Dnipro, Ukraine. Applications are accepted until 09.10.2026.

Responsibilities

• Administration of secrets in AWS Secrets Manager
• Creation, modification, and deletion of secrets via Terraform
• Support of Lambda functions for password rotation
• Configuration of IAM policies for access to secrets
• Onboarding of development teams: consulting on integration with Secrets Manager
• Tagging and categorization of secrets according to the standard (OCG, OCMDBID, teamname, app_alias)
• Monitoring of secret usage through CloudTrail
• Maintenance and future development of the current AWS Secrets Manager module

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• 1+ year of experience with AWS
• Experience with AWS Secrets Manager (creation of secrets, configuration of rotation, resource policies)
• Experience with Terraform (ability to read, modify, and create modules)
• Experience with Linux
• Knowledge of Git (Github, Gitlab, etc.) and experience with Git flow in a team
• Knowledge of scripting languages
• Understanding of IAM authorization
• Understanding of KMS (encryption of secrets)

Nice to Have

• Experience in writing or supporting AWS Lambda (Python/Java)
• Experience with Kubernetes/EKS CloudTrail, CloudWatch (audit and monitoring)
• Experience with a large number of secrets (500+)
• Understanding of password policies in regulated environments (banks, fintech)
