About The Job
We’re looking for a CRO Specialist who has successfully optimized Shopify stores inside an ecommerce agency environment and understands how to improve online stores through data, experimentation, UX, and customer psychology.
You’ll work directly with clients and collaborate with our designers, developers, and strategists to identify opportunities that drive measurable business growth.
This is not an entry-level CRO role.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive CRO audits for Shopify stores.
- Analyze customer journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for growth.
- Review heatmaps, session recordings, scroll maps, and customer behavior.
- Analyze GA4 and ecommerce performance data.
- Develop data-backed testing hypotheses and optimization strategies.
- Prioritize experiments based on expected business impact.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to improve:
- Homepages
- Collection pages
- Product pages
- Cart experience
- Checkout flow
- Navigation
- Landing pages
- Work closely with developers to implement optimization recommendations.
- Measure experiment performance and communicate results to clients.
- Build ongoing CRO roadmaps for long-term growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience
- 3+ years working with Shopify ecommerce stores
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience presenting recommendations to clients
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

- Looker Studio
- Figma
- Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools is a plus.
