Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients (200+) and develop lasting and trusting relationships with a clear goal of client growth.
• Actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing client business needs while being their primary Odoo advisor.
• Act as a strategic Odoo advisor, capable of challenging clients and proposing high-value solutions.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations to promote new applications, features, and versions.
• Coordinate client projects with the person responsible for implementation and training to ensure successful deployment and account growth.
• Negotiate and secure contractual renewals (upgrades, multi-year commitments, scope extensions).
• Achieve and exceed set monthly revenue, retention, and expansion targets.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation abilities.
• C2 level in French, C1 minimum in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in IT and/or sales.
• Quick learning ability and genuine interest in dynamic and changing environments.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: You take initiatives and are not hesitant to roll up your sleeves to advance projects.

You will work directly with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of companies of all sizes to help them transform their way of working. By understanding their challenges, you will propose tailored solutions that have a real impact.

Our Two Approaches

We work with two distinct service models, and the role of the Account Manager varies slightly depending on the case.

Direct Service 🔑

In this configuration, Odoo handles the entire project, from sales to implementation.

The Account Manager:

• Is responsible for the entire client relationship from A to Z.
• Understands needs, builds the solution, and closes the sale.
• Then coordinates with internal teams (consultants) for implementation.
• Essentially, they drive the commercial project and remain involved until final success.

Indirect Service 🤝

Here, Odoo does not perform the implementation. It is entrusted to a certified partner.

The Account Manager:

• Remains responsible for sales and the commercial relationship.
• Identifies needs and positions Odoo as a solution.
• Essentially, they drive the commercial project and remain involved until final success.
