Customer Care Retention Sr Analyst

Responsibilities

• Implement the compensation strategy for users in different markets, ensuring the correct configuration and execution of policies while identifying technical or operational frictions proactively.
• Execute and analyze data: Extract, process, and analyze large volumes of data to understand the use of compensations and their impact on user retention.
• Collaborate in the configuration, monitoring, and measurement of results of AB Tests designed by the team, ensuring the quality of the data collected.
• Act as the first line of analysis for deviations or anomalies in the compensation budget, working quickly to escalate or propose actionable solutions.
• Maintain and optimize tools to provide visibility of key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professionals or advanced students in fields such as Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of work experience in analytical roles, operations, or data management.
• Intermediate/advanced proficiency in SQL and advanced handling of Excel/Google Sheets (must have).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau is a plus).
• Intermediate/advanced level of English: technical reading and writing, conversation (must-have).
