Customer Desk Specialist

About the Position

A leading European company – manufacturer of equipment, solutions, and services for the dairy farming industry – is announcing a competition for the position of Customer Desk Specialist in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders, issuing invoices, and coordinating with warehouses
• Preparing tax invoices and related adjustments via MeDoc
• Registering warranty cases based on information from the technical department
• Preparing sales contracts (using approved templates)
• Monitoring payment status
• Preparing and maintaining periodic reports on dealers
• Maintaining communication with dealers regarding orders, deliveries, and complaints
• Processing primary documentation, including its storage, control, and recovery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
• Previous experience in corporate customer service or a similar position
• Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office and MeDoc. Experience with SAP Business One will be a strong advantage
• Ability to multitask effectively, manage time well, and organize your own work schedule
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude
• Conversational level of English
