Customer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Performing software installations and training (CAD/CAM or ERP) in industrial environments.
• Implementing and monitoring new projects.
• Collecting and analyzing client specifications for new installations/software updates.
• Providing telephone and email support to customers.
• Managing incidents, suggestions, and change requests registered in the company's ERP.
• Periodic reporting to the Technical Manager.

Requirements

• Technical training (computer science, engineering, etc.).
• Experience in similar roles in customer support departments and experience in installations is a plus.
• Availability to travel (Portugal and Spain).
• Driving license and own vehicle are essential.
• Must be fluent in Spanish (B2-C1). A high level of English would be an advantage.
• Ability to understand and assess customer expectations and a strong focus on results.
