About the Position
We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate - Success to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland, supporting our Customer Success department in B2C sales tasks.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated sales tasks.
- Conduct phone calls/emails, with one goal: upsell.
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and brainstorming sessions.
- Create a real connection with our customers.
- Work with your team to respect deadlines, objectives, and unblocked special achievements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or similar
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- German is also mandatory (native or at least C1), Italian or French is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Service or similar may be required
- You are born to sell, and if not you would like to
- Superb interpersonal and soft skills
- Strong self-motivation
- Ability to work in a team, and to motivate your teammates
- Ability and will to surpass yourself
