For this reason, we are looking for a Customer Experience Intern to join our office in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will join the Customer Experience team and will be responsible for delivering a 5* customer satisfaction. We strive to offer the best customer experience and your mission is to pursue our innovative, intuitive and above all customer-oriented vision to provide our clients a unique experience.
Responsibilities
- Constantly coach our Batmaids with care and cleverness
- Offer customized solutions to our clients
- Negotiate with agents and clients to fix last-minute issues
- Ensure 100% service satisfaction
- Work with the management team to solve complex cases
- Participate in projects on operational continuous improvement and process development
- Become a pro in execution/time management/team playing and much more!
Requirements
- A sociable, friendly and positive attitude.
- Fluent English and German, French is a plus.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Humble, hard-working, self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
